A. If you have an issue that needs addressed and is covered by your warranty, first contact your installer. Your installer will evaluate the situation and help determine the necessary course of action. If the installer is unavailable, you must contact the distributor of your windows or doors. You can find the distributor name and the order number on the window identification (ID) sticker located at the top head of your windows or on your screen frame.
