The Simonton Inovo Patio Door offers blinds-between – the – glass for solar control and privacy. Blinds-between-the-glass are mini blinds placed inside the insulating glass unit that never require cleaning or dusting and provide a smooth surface for cleaning the glass

If your screen mesh is damaged there is a simple method to replace the screen mesh. If your screen frame is bent or bowed you will need to order a new replacement screen. Check your warranty for coverage and submit a warranty request form to our customer service team

Locks are not available for our screens. Windows and patio doors have available features that limit the amount a window and door can be open for safer ventilation.

A dual-pane window has an insulating glass unit that contains two panes of glass separated by a spacer and that has an airtight seal at the glass edges.

Single pane windows have one layer of glass and are an older, less energy-efficient style of window.

Low-E (low-emittance) glass is a thin, transparent metallic coating applied to the glass that improves the energy efficiency of a window and door that also helps maintain interior comfort, and protects against ultraviolet (UV) fading.

Our windows and doors have unique order tracking labels that are placed in the frame or sash of our products. You will need your order number when registering your warranty or submitting a form. Click here to learn where to locate it on your window or door.

If you have an issue that needs to be addressed and is covered by your warranty, first contact your installer. Your installer will evaluate the situation and help determine the necessary course of action. If the installer is unavailable, you must contact the distributor of your windows or doors. You can find the distributor name and the order number on the window identification (ID) sticker located at the top head of your windows or on your screen frame.

Egress requirements indicate a minimum opening size that certain windows must meet. These requirements tend to vary according to region, so please contact your local building code official for egress requirements in your area.
